PSAC forecasts 2011 to see increased oil-patch activity
The 2011 Canadian Drilling Activity Forecast, released by the Petroleum Services Association of Canada, forecasts a total of 12,250 wells drilled across Canada for 2011. This is more than the expected final tally of 11,350 for 2010.
