DeWalt introduced its heavy-duty 1/4-inch 18V impact driver (DC827KL) with NANO technology. The DC827KL provides users with a powerful tool in a compact, lightweight package, helping professional contractors increase productivity on the job site, says the company. The impact driver features an exclusive battery that's designed with NANO phosphate lithium ion cells that provide users with increased battery durability and cycle life, offering 2,000 recharges, says the company. Additionally, the 18V NANO technology battery works with more than 40 tools in the DeWalt 18V platform. A bright LED work light provides increased visibility in dark spaces, and the DC827KL is equipped with an OEM accessory recess, providing users with the versatility to attach popular after-market components, says the company.
