ERIE, PA — Innovative Pressure Technologies (IPT) introduces Subsea Valves. Designed to deliver smooth, low-torque performance in subsea applications, these valves are available with a T-handle for manual operation, Paddle handle for ROV operation, or hydraulic actuator for remote operation. They feature a floating ball design for operation at 3000 PSI up to 6000 PSI, and a trunnion ball design for operation at up to 15,000 PSI. Full and reduced port, and needle valve, designs are available.
Subsea Valves feature a blow-out proof stem for maximum safety, as well as complete material traceability on all components. They are available with a wide selection of tube, pipe and flanged end connections to satisfy specific application needs. 100% testing to API-598 or contract requirements assures quick start-up and operational performance. Additionally, these valves can be manufactured to meet NACE MR-01-75 and American Petroleum Institute standards.
Subsea Valves are available with port sizes from ¼ in. – 2 in. Body and end flanges are constructed of stainless steel and duplex steel. Subsea Valve seals feature PEEK seats for extremely high resistance to chemical, heat and wear, and NBR Buna-N o-rings make them suitable for operation in temperatures ranging from -35°F to 250°F (-37°C to 121°C). Other seal materials are available for extreme service applications.
Innovative Pressure Technologies specializes in the design and manufacture of precision machined valves, fittings and other fluid control devices, and related components and accessories, up to 60,000 psi.
