 Atlas Copco has launched its new SmartROC T40 surface drill rig for construction and aggregate production. The main operations are performed by just using two main joysticks and one screen. It is Atlas Copco's first drill rig with the new Tier 4 engine as required by legislation from 2011. Its design also reduces hoses, couplings and hydraulic oil, reducing the risk of leakages and saving on maintenance.
