MONTREAL - The Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM) will hold the CIM Conference and Exhibition 2010 in Vancouver on May 9 to 12. The event will be held at the new Vancouver Trade and Convention Centre.

The theme of the CIM Conference and Exhibition 2010, Mining - Your Foundation for a Better World - reflects the key role that mining plays in the social and technical development of communities and societies worldwide.
