CALGARY, AB - Husky Energy has announced that Mr. John C.S. Lau has advised the Board of Directors of his intention to retire as President & CEO of the Company. The Board will make an announcement regarding the appointment of a successor in due course prior to Mr. Lau's retirement taking effect.
Following his retirement, Lau will relocate to Hong Kong, where he will assume responsibility for leading the development of the Company's businesses in the Asia-Pacific Region including existing businesses in Indonesia and the South China Sea.
