FROM THE EDITOR:

Welcome to the July issue of the REM Resource Engineering and Maintenance e-newsletter. Over the past month both Imperial Oil and Suncor Energy have outlined their environmental goals and progress on projects currently underway. Maintenance, of course, will play an important role in meeting the targets set out by these companies and others in this respect. Are evermore stringent environmental goals affecting your work? I'd be very interested in feedback from our readers on this. Please don't hesitate to contact me about anything you read here.

I welcome your comments on what you read here or in the magazine. You can contact me at rcolman@clbmedia.ca.

Regards,

Rob Colman
