A facility that operates without a reliable lubrication program is susceptible to machine wear control, oil mix-ups and reactive maintenance. Setting up an effective program improves reliability and helps overall maintenance cost control. In this free webinar series focused on oil & lubrication, James Reyes-Picknell, in conversation with a select panel of subject matter experts, will help you brush up on the basics and take away new tactics of the trade.

Setting Up Your Lube Program: How lubricants affect efficiency
Success factors for optimizing a lubricant program to accomplish maintenance and lubrication goals. Topics covered in this discussion could range from oil selection and condition; process and systems analysis; prolonging the useful life of components; to optimizing your oil drain intervals.

Fluid Analysis: Can you verify that your lubrication program works?

Find out whether your facility’s lube program is fit for purpose. This discussion offers practical tips, such as detecting failures at an early stage, and addressing the main threats to machine health that we typically find in lubricant fluid analysis. Our expert panel will provide solutions to common challenges, including:
  • How does the location where the sample is taken impact the results of fluid analysis?
  • Does it make sense to integrate the analysis of oil samples with other PdM technologies like vibration analysis and thermography?
  • When does it makes sense to call on an expert to help with your lubricant program?
